Waning Moon Rituals and Letting Go

The waning moon phase is coming to upon us on Monday, July2, 2018.  The Waning Moon is a time of letting go, slowing doen and taking a break.  During th Waning Moon Phase, it is most important in focusin on what we do not want to do, or parts of our life we no longer wish to nurture.  

When doing a Waning Moon ritual it is best done before the sun rises.  FOr the days leading up o this phase of the moon, reflect on any negative self-talk, emotions or feelings you have been holding on to.  Go deep and be honest with yourself, now is the time to clear away the negativity and allow it to fall off and shed old patterns and old habits that are not allowing you to live to u fullest potential.

This is a beautiful Moon phase to forgive, the power of forgiveness is freeing and allows you to shine your brightest luminous self.  

Self-care is also essential as you are clearing and releasing negativity remember to refill yourself with healthy and loving self-care rituals, like long baths soaking in essential oils, having a massage or pedicure, or going on a tea date with your soul sisters or lover.

This is the time t banish bad habits and beak up those unhealthy relationships and move on  without looking back
