Mindset Medicine To Mange Anxiety + Stress Challenge

Hello Beautiful Souls! I have been practicing Mindset Medicine as a holistic approach to handle stress and anxiety of everyday modern day normal life we all must learn to manage. I have been in a very good place mentally strong, however the past couple of days I noticed I was not handling stress very well. I could feel my body, mood, productivity, family, work, sleep, nutrition and overall well being quickly diminish and even one day the toll on my mind, body and spirit. I am starting a Mindset Medicine Challenge to hold myself accountable as well as support, inspire, and enlighten others on the power of this holistic approach to stress management and bringing joy and peace into our life. The challenge starts tomorrow, but you can join in at anytime or any day. I just ask you commit to a minimum of 22 solid days in a row or ritual manner.  Of course we all have to allow room for life happenings and waves that roll our way.  If you miss a day or two just make it up when you can xo NO WORRIES.  I would love to see you all there!
