covid-19 Policies

During these times we have implemented procedures and protocols above and beyond our traditional regimented cleaning and sanitizing. All Clients will be required to follow these guidelines.

Clients

  • in the past two weeks if you have had any covid related symptoms or cold and flu symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, chills, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath or muscle aches and pain, we ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • please come alone to your appointment

  • please wait in your car when you arrive for your appointment and text 407-506-2999 to let us know you are here. Some one will text you when we are ready for you to enter the healing space.

  • your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer before entering the building. And you will be asked to fill out a covid hold harmless agreement.

  • Please enter with a face covering.

  • Hand sanitizer is located at the entry of the building. We kindly ask you use it upon entering.

Team Members

  • all practitioners are required to wear mask at all times

  • And practitioner experiencing symptoms within 2 weeks will be required to stay home

  • Practitioner temperatures will be taken upon arriving to scheduled shift.

  • Practitioners are required to deep wash hands to elbows between clients and wear gloves.

Environment

  • Fewer clients are scheduled to ensure proper and extra cleaning time is given attention.

  • Limit hours of operation

  • We use UV LED sanitizer wands that are designed to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses are used over all all surfaces between clients.

  • We have upgraded our surface sprays to the following EPA Registered Hospital Grade Disinfectant & Meets OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards
